Roy and Santiago were amazing. They dug trenches along two walls of the crawl space that terminated at a new sump pump that they dug down and installed. They ran a discharge pipe up from the sump pump through a corner of our garage and down into an underground exterior drain line that they installed that carries the water away from the building. They then installed a new 9 mm radon collection membrane over the existing radon collection membrane that covers the entire crawl space. They then cleaned up after themselves and left the job spotless. They started work at 9:30 in the morning and were finished by 3:30. Roy was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. They both were very pleasant, seemed to enjoy their work and obviously took great pride in their finished project. I also was impressed with Brad McClain, the project manager and with the office staff. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Basement and Radon Solutions.
