Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My house is in the Village of Williamsville. I have had extensive work done to my house, by a multitude of contractors. Of all of the companies I have hired (too many to mention), Frank's Basement Systems is by far the best. I hired Frank's Basement to install an egress window and new flooring in my basement. I dealt with Frank Jr. directly. Frank is the best sales person I have ever met. He listens to every word you say, he truly wants to please his customers and he is extremely knowledgeable. I also dealt with Shawn (service manager) who was very hands on at my job and made sure that everything was perfect. The crew that did the work was a great group of guys who were polite, clean and a pleasure to deal with. The end product is truly amazing. My basement looks like a million-dollar home, all because of Frank's basement. I highly recommend Frank's Basement.
