All work is 100% guaranteed for life from start to finish date from the manufacturer. Warranty only valid in areas were worked on by Ideal Basement Waterproofing. Warranty void if the area was altered by the owner or any other contractor.

Warranty is limited to only areas where work was performed. Ideal Basement Waterproofing is not responsible for natural disasters, including floods, overflows, spillage broken pipes, frozen pipes, sinks, washers, water heaters, showers, toilet bowls, sump pumps, water shut-offs, windows, window wells inside. Frozen and unclear sump pump discharge lines to outside of properties from ice and snow build-up. Generators must be ready for power outages. Vapor Barrier cannot be cut, removed, nailed or screwed into, or changed. Broken or frozen pipes are not covered. Vapor Barrier is only designed to collect moisture. Pipe openings to the outside or any other source of water that is not related to the original claim.
