The Kinetic team were a joy to work with. The team answered all questions and completed the project, with additional services, in the expected time frame. This included cleaning the entire basement. The office reached out and scheduled the additional services/providers required to complete the job. The finished basement looks great and we look forward to a water free basement. A special thank you goes out to the office staff who went above and beyond to keep us in the loop regarding the project. You would be hard pressed to find better customer service. Looking forward to their visit in the spring to complete another job!!!
