Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We discovered a mold issue in the crawl space under our house. My wife has health issues that are exacerbated by mold and she could not live here. After visits and quotes from many companies, we hired New England Dry Basements. Aside from being one of just a few companies that would work in such a tight space, which was as shallow as 20”, they patiently answered our many dozen questions and concerns. There was a lot of demolition necessary to reach the mold and a lot of reconstruction after. At the end of each day, our property was kept neat and tidy, and at the end of 3 ½ days, we have a clean, encapsulated, mold-free crawl space. We would not hesitate in recommending New England Dry Basements for any work you might need to be done on your property.
