Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had an amazing experience with Premier Basement Waterproofing. Everyone on the team is top notch. They took the time to understand what the sump pump problem was and solved it flawlessly. Michael (the owner) came down personally and spent a great deal of time explaining and assessing the problem. From there his team arrived lead by Nathan (who was stellar) and they did a phenomenal job. I was blown away by the work quality and how effective it was at solving the problem. Prior to Premier Basement Waterproofing, I was using another water proofing company and I spoke with several other companies prior to choosing Premier Basement Waterproofing. Premier Basement Waterproofing was the most knowledgeable by far. I highly recommend Premier Basement Waterproofing and so thankful that I found them. They do not cut any corners, care so much about the work quality, and deliver amazing results.
