On November 26, 2018, I had a French drain installed by Select Basement; which involved removing the existing flooring and trenching thru to the pre-existing French drain and working behind a pre-existing tile shower. Kenny was the project manager on this. He showed up on time, addressed the issues of the drain; and supervised the excavation and connection of the drain. He did make an extra effort to save my tile shower by working behind it in a very cramped area. During this work, he supervised everything and explained what was being done during the process. Everything was cleaned up and put back in order when the project was finished. I was pleased with the result and have since closed up the interior wall, and find no water leaking into the finished basement. What a relief after all the work that was done.
